The climate of Paraíba: when to go to Paraíba

Paraíba has a hot humid tropical climate with abundant rains along the coast, which becomes drier in the interior of the state becoming semi-arid in the western region of Sertão Paraíbano.

Along the coast, the rains exceed 2,000 mm per year, the rainy season lasts from February to August, while the driest months are from September to December.
