Galway Christmas Market

Dates of the Christmas Market:
Usually end of November – December

The Galway Continental Christmas Market is usually composed of more than 50 wooden chalets  located in 2 locations – Eyre Sq & Spanish Arch. They are just 500 metres (a 7 minute walk via the main shopping streets) apart from each other. The market will offer typical German culinary products and will also feature artisan food products and Christmas gift ideas from both local and European traders.

Wicklow Christmas Market

Usually end of November – December

Wicklow Christmas Market is usually set in the magical and historical Abbey grounds in Wicklow Town. Between the selection of local artisan foods, decorations, gifts, workshops and visiting Santa himself at our new Santa Express experience where Oribel our mischievous and fun elf will transport you on a magical journey aboard our Santa express train to Santa’s Wonderland. There will be an abundance of fun and sparkly activities to get you and your family in the Christmas mood.

Cork Christmas Market

Glow, A Cork Christmas Celebration. Visit Santa’s Cork Workshop presented by Dowtcha Puppets in Bishop Lucey Park, soar high above Cork on a giant Ferris wheel and indulge in our festive food markets and festive entertainment galore on the Grand Parade this Christmas.

Waterford Winterval Christmas Festival

Waterford is the oldest of the seven cities of the Republic of Ireland and is known worldwide as the City of crystals for the production of traditional and historic crystals. Today is an average tourist town, Waterford – Ireland’s oldest city – was founded by the Vikings in 914 AD. Waterford is the home of Ireland’s Christmas Festival. Winterval is Ireland’s Christmas Festival taking place in Waterford. It is a festival dedicated to Christmas that is full of attractions. Among the most beautiful and popular attractions you will find: Christmas Carousel, Yule Viking Settlement, Winterval Express Train, Horse Drawn Sleigh, Santa’s Grotto at The Medieval Museum, Vintage Ferris wheel, Exploration Dome Bishops Palace, Helter Skelter, Winterval Lightshow, Singing Christmas Tree Palace Square, Ballybricken Vintage Fair, Waterford on Ice: the Quay, Bad Santa, Live Animal Crib, WAMA Santa’s Giant Post Box and also Winterval Christmas Market.
