Germany is often seen in the collective imagination as an industrialized and modern land, whose ancient cities were destroyed by the events of the Second World War, and where little is left of history and the arts of the past. But Germany is instead a land rich in tourist attractions, traditions, greenery and well-kept and protected nature, and well-preserved ancient historical centers. There are avant-garde museums and cultural centers. Germany is a land where the attentive tourist will discover a wonderful country with cities on a human scale and rich in art and history.
