Aubagne Christmas Market (Marché au Santon et à la Céramique d’Aubagne. Marché des santonniers et céramistes). This Christmas market takes place on the cours Maréchal Foch in the heart of the historic center of Aubagne. The market is dedicated to ceramics and in particular to the nativity figurines: the Santon de Provence. The local artisans – the santonniers – exhibit their small decorated clay masterpieces. The Christmas market hosts more than twenty stalls dedicated to the art of the country of Aubagne. This market is an opportunity to discover the latest creations of santonniers d’Aubagne craftsmen and potters and also to find an original gift.
Santonnier Art Biennial. Marché aux santons in the center of the town of Aubagne with around fifty artisan santonniers from all over France. The creations of the santonniers present are carefully selected to make this market a reference market in France.
