Travel Documents: As of March 25, 2001 Denmark is among the countries of the Schengen Pact, to this date, are no longer made border controls for travelers coming from another member state of the Schengen area. To enter Denmark, European citizens must present their passport or identity card valid for foreign travel. Children and minors must have their own passport / identity card. Citizens of other countries outside the European Union must have their passport. For some countries a visa is required for stays longer than 90 days.
To reach the territories of Greenland and the Faroe Islands administered by Denmark is necessary the passport.
Driving License: To drive in Denmark you must have your National driving license.

Health Care: The Danish health network is excellent. The emergency health services are free for all. To receive local public health care must be in possession of the European Health Insurance Card. You can integrate health care with a travel insurance that covers medical expenses.
Vaccinations: No vaccinations are required.

Electricity: The electricity in Denmark is 230 V, frequency 50 Hz.
Electrical plugs and sockets: The power plugs and sockets used in Denmark are those of type C, F, E and K. The power plugs and sockets C and F are those used in continental Europe. While the power plugs and sockets E type is equal to that used in France and the K socket is typical of Denmark, it has two round pins and a grounding pin.

Currency: The currency in Denmark is Danish Kroner (DKK).
