Toledo has a mixed climate between the Mediterranean and continental climate with relatively cold winters and very hot and dry summers. The daily temperature differences are quite high. Summer temperatures can sometimes exceed 40 ° C and in winter they can drop a few degrees below zero.

Precipitation is more intense between October and December and between April and May, but it is still scarce at any time of the year, reaching an annual total of only 350 mm. The rainy days are only 56 in a year. Snow is a rather rare event, on average the city has only 2 days of snow per year. The fog is present on average for 34 days a year, almost exclusively between October and February.
